Processing and Delivery Times

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries. Available rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 or more business days, email us at support@kindredgoods.us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@kindredgoods.us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because some products ship from different locations.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

For returns that aren't due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom items (such as custom photo ornaments) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that, your order may already be in production or on its way.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Fun design for the holidays......

I love this blanket and bought it mostly for the design as I love the gingerbread man motive around the holidays. It is soft and has held up to a few washes very nicely so far. One thing to note is that the front and back material is only attached to each other around the edges, so when washed it kind of makes a balloon in the washer. I've never had a blanket where the back and front were not solidly attached to each other. Just mentioning it in case it would matter to you. Still worked very well and was warm across my lap on the cooler days.

I bought this for a holiday throw. It washes well and is very soft. Love the cute gingerbread pattern. It was perfect for the Christmas season. I hate to put it away it is so cozy.
