Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized items (such as pet photo ornaments) are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Items from U.S. makers often arrive sooner.
Because some items ship from different locations, an order with multiple items may arrive in more than one package. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during the holiday season, so we recommend ordering early for holiday gifts.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Available rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 or more business days, email us at support@kindredgoods.us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.

14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@kindredgoods.us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because some products ship from different locations.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
For returns that aren't due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom items (such as custom photo ornaments) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that, your order may already be in production or on its way.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
